Over 15 product lines covering residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Yes. We operate a 4,300 sq ft manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas, in addition to our main production base in Dongyang, China (60+ workers, 6 production lines). Our Houston facility focuses on spiral ducts and provides faster delivery for US domestic orders.

We are a manufacturer. Every product we sell is made in our own facilities. We design and build our own production equipment — all 6 production lines run on machinery we developed in-house. This is not common in the flexible duct industry.

Our products are RoHS compliant. We are currently in the process of obtaining UL listing — we are one of only 3 factories in China pursuing this certification for flexible ducts. Our manufacturing processes are designed to meet UL 181 Class 1 air duct standards.

MOQ varies by product type. Standard catalog items can be ordered in small quantities. Custom sizes, private label, or OEM orders typically require 500–1,000 pieces depending on the product. Contact us for precise MOQ and pricing.

Standard catalog items: 15–20 business days after payment. Custom or OEM orders: 30–45 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available for select products — ask our sales team.

Absolutely. We manufacture custom diameters from 1" to 48" and custom lengths. Our in-house equipment design capability means we can produce non-standard sizes efficiently. We also offer custom insulation values, materials, and colors.

Yes. We provide full OEM and private label services including custom product specifications, printing, packaging, and labeling. Many of our partners sell our products under their own brand names. We have 25+ years of OEM manufacturing experience.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). For first orders, we typically require 30% deposit with balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer flexible payment terms.

Yes. We provide samples for evaluation. Standard product samples are available at cost. Custom samples may require tooling charges depending on complexity. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 business days.

We ship via ocean freight (FCL and LCL) from Ningbo port (nearest to our Dongyang factory) or from Houston for US-manufactured products. Air freight is available for urgent orders. We can ship FOB, CIF, or DDP depending on your preference.

Our Houston facility maintains limited inventory of popular items. For larger or custom orders, products are manufactured to order. US-based customers benefit from shorter lead times on Houston-manufactured products like spiral ducts.
